Soft DISCOURSE was introduced in the final decade of the twentieth century and new horizons were born in understanding and explaining the strategic issues, particularly in International Studies. The concept of soft SECURITY has risen from the heart of this DISCOURSE and refers to a kind of SECURITY that protects the actors against such harms and risks in an intangible way. Present article mentions different ways for soft SECURITY concept to become operational in Iranian society and looks for a strategy that can protect the society and government against each other's threats in a soft way in Islamic Republic framework. So, the author believes that what can help this important strategy to operate at internal SECURITY level and prefers soft SECURITY to hard SECURITY to maintain the Islamic Republic is the reproduction of Islamic Republic DISCOURSE to face different challenges and environmental crisis in DISCOURSE fields, abstract fields and social practice domain.

In the macro level of international strategy, the international units along with the diverse patterns and strategies take an step towards the threat management including a range of soft and flexible strategies as well as the hard and ruthless ones. The hard strategies are those which take advantage of the firm, objective and physical (military) equipments to provide SECURITY and threat management. The realistic view of Islam towards international environment and the presence of evil-centered movements in this domain necessitate the utilization of hard strategies in providing overland SECURITY and diminishing environmental inSECURITY. Abstract:

The present paper focuses on Imam Khomeini’s DISCOURSE on the national SECURITY and foreign policy. After discussing the theory of DISCOURSE and DISCOURSE analysis, it briefly reviews the viewpoints of six early and contemporary Muslim thinkers on the national SECURITY and foreign policy. Then it provides in-depth insight on the viewpoints of Imam Khomeini in this regard. The general scheme of Imam Khomeini’s concepts or order of DISCOURSE has been drawn up and organized on the basis of the DISCOURSE analysis theory. The aforesaid order of DISCOURSE explains important aspects of the political theory of Imam Khomeini. This paper shows that configuration of the order of Imam Khomeini’s DISCOURSE on the aforesaid subject is based on “Islamic awakening” as the central signifier and is connected to two important elements of “deterrence and task-based defense” and “purposive and dignified interaction with the world” through “emphasis on dignity”.

Abstract:

Objective: SECURITY-military DISCOURSEs shape SECURITY practices and actions. The SECURITY DISCOURSE even gives meaning to SECURITY-military equipment and specifies who these equipment should be aimed at and who should not be aimed at. The SECURITY DISCOURSE constructs an enemy (or other) country in the form of a DISCOURSE. These propositions also apply to the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The main purpose of the current research is to examine the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of Islam (as a reference DISCOURSE) and the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran (1368-to now) and to examine the "transformation from" and "transformation in" the DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran compared to the DISCOURSE of Islam.Methodology: The methodology of this research is based on Lacla and Mouffe's DISCOURSE analysis method. This research is descriptive-analytical. The data required for this research has been collected from library and web-based sources (official and reliable websites). In this research, the articulation of the SECURITY DISCOURSE of Islam and then the articulation of the SECURITY DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been examined, and in the findings section, a qualitative comparison method has been used to examine the "transformation from" and "transformation in" the DISCOURSE. The Islamic Republic of Iran is used in relation to the SECURITY DISCOURSE of Islam.Findings: The SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of Islam has the master signifier "justice" and 9 moments and the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran has the master signifier "maintaining the system" and 9 moments. Although these two DISCOURSEs have different master signifiers and some of their tenses are different from each other, the qualitative comparison of these two DISCOURSEs shows that the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran has suffered from "the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of Islam". The transformation of the "DISCOURSE" has not taken place, and it has taken place only according to the temporal and spatial requirements of the "transformation in" the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Conclusion: The SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of the Islamic Republic of Iran  derived from the SECURITY-military DISCOURSE of Islam.

Abstract:

The complexity and abstract nature of the threat has caused thinkers and theoreticians to offer various opinions regarding its explanation. Each of the theorists has defined this issue with different dimensions and indicators, which despite the existence of some differences, but many commonalities can be found in it. This article, from the perspective of two DISCOURSEs, First, the conventional DISCOURSE, which is derived from the definitions and opinions of various thinkers and theorists, which, as a comparative comparison, examines the threat from the perspective of rationalism, criticism, constructivism, Copenhagen, the third world, and inequality, and the second, the sublime DISCOURSE, which is derived from the verses of the Qur’an and has studied the opinions of the Imams of the revolution in a descriptive way. Based on the obtained results, the most obvious sources and features of threats according to realists are: military, tangible, continuous, state-oriented and territorial. In critical theories, threats are non-territorial and are not merely objective, visible, permanent and fixed. From the perspective of constructivism, Threats are not fixed and permanent, and before they are material and physical, they are immaterial and social. From Copenhagen’s point of view, the threat is divided into political, economic, military, social and environmental aspects, and the SECURITY concerns of the government are not necessarily the same as the SECURITY concerns of the society. Also, SECURITY problems and threats in the view of the third world are rooted in the nature of developing and their relationship and interaction with other governments, and ultimately the main essence of the approach is inequality, which inequality in its various forms and dimensions, the main problem is humans. In the transcendental DISCOURSE, threat from the perspective of the Quran and the Prophet of Islam (pbuh) deals with the basic and underlying factors such as: arrogance, tyranny, oppression, aggression and intimidation, and attention to the happiness of the world and the future of mankind, and from the perspective of the Imams of the revolution, with the view Qur’ani deals with topics such as: individual and organizational, material and spiritual, regional and international in seven dimensions. This article aims to provide a comparative comparison between the theories in conventional DISCOURSE and transcendental DISCOURSE and to answer the question of what commonalities or differences there are in terms of compatibility between these two DISCOURSEs. This research is descriptive and research data was collected through library study and internet surveys.

Abstract:

Emerging sects and emerging religious movements in Iran, called Jamna, refer to a set of sects and groups that recruit members from different walks of life, especially young people, to work in the field of spirituality and new mysticism. This study aims to answer the question of what are the most important SECURITY-disciplinary consequences of these sects and how can the challenges arising from them be managed in the field of SECURITY and law enforcement issues. Method The present study was performed using analytical-descriptive method and using content analysis of documents. Findings of the research: Emerging religious sects are disrupting social order and SECURITY due to conflicts in values and norms with official religion and social order. Differences in devotion to the leader and the particular organization initially conflict with social values and norms, and provide the basis for many moral and social crimes and offenses. Conclusion In general, new sects or intellectual movements, with eclectic doctrinal and professional principles, are fundamentally outside the framework of legal protections. These sects and movements, or other similar currents, have at times disrupted the fabric of a country or created many problems for its progress. It is necessary to take basic measures and strategies against emerging sects and intellectual movements. Identifying the grounds, factors and centers of threat and adopting appropriate SECURITY and intelligence solutions to deal with them, designing a comprehensive military and military method for reviving and implementing religious and social values, anticipating effective SECURITY mechanisms And monitoring the development and expansion of socio-cultural activities of law enforcement units can be among the deterrent measures of law enforcement in the face of these sects.
